My Paper (22 Dec.,2013)
Subjective:
1)- Mr. Mohsin has been working in the Star Corporation
for the last five years. He is very hard working and committed to his
job. Recently company hired another person in order to cope with the over load
of the work, at the salary package higher than that of Mr. Mohsin. Mr. Mohsin
feels that this is unfair. What are the possible ways that Mr. Mohsin can adopt
to respond this situation keeping in view the equity theory.(3)
